Privacy Policy of the "Interaction alphabet" Application
General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that the
company
GIG Media
OÜ, registration number - 14009588, may obtain about the user during the use of the "Interaction alphabet"
application
(hereinafter referred to as the "Application").
1.2. The Policy was developed to inform users about the collection, use, and disclosure of personal
information
if the
user uses the Application.
1.3. The Policy was developed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of
the
Council
of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on
the
free
movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and
international
norms
regarding the protection of personal data of individuals.
1.4. The use of the Application implies the unconditional consent of the user to this Policy and the terms
of
processing
of their personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these terms, the user should
refrain from
using the Application.
1.5. The Сompany takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the user's
personal
information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying,
distribution, as
well as
from other unlawful actions by third parties.
2. Personal information of users that the Application receives and processes
2.1. Within the scope of this Policy, "user's personal information" refers to:
2.1.1. personal information (such as user’s name) provided by the user themselves during registration
(account
creation)
or in the process of using the Application.
2.1.2. data automatically transmitted during their use through the Application installed on the device,
including
information from cookies and information about the user's device.
2.2. This Policy applies only to the Application.
2.3. The Company does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by users and does not
exercise
control over their legal capacity. However, the Company assumes that the information provided by user is
accurate and
keeps this information up to date.
2.4. The user can change the personal information provided by him/her within a certain account.
3. Purposes of collecting and processing users' personal information
3.1. The Application collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary to provide the services
included in
the Application.
3.2. The Application user's personal information may be used for the following purposes:
3.2.1. provision of personalized services to the user;
3.2.2. communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use
of
services, provision of services, as well as processing requests and requests from the user;
3.2.3. improving the quality of the Application, the convenience of its use, the development of new services and
services;
3.2.4. conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.
4. Conditions for processing the user's personal information and its transfer to third parties
4.1. With respect to the user's personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases
where
the user
voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for general access to an unlimited number of
persons.
4.2. The Company has the right to transfer the user's personal information to third parties in the following
cases:
4.2.1. the user has expressed his/her consent to such actions;
4.2.2. the transfer is necessary as part of the user's use of a certain service or to provide a service to the
user.
5. Changing the Policy. Applicable law
5.1. The Company has the right to make changes to this Policy. When making changes in the current version,
the
date of
the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted,
unless
otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
5.2. This Policy and the relations between the user and the Company arising in connection with the
application
of the
Policy are subject to the application of Law of Estonia.
